The practice is accepting new patients. A referral from a friend or family member is welcome but is never required.
Your first visit
What to expect

Before
When you call or send a request, the front desk asks for your name, your telephone number, and your insurance information. We check your coverage before the visit.

During
Dr. Itoafa examines your teeth and gums and discusses his findings with you before any treatment is planned.

After
By the end of the visit, you know what the next step is. If treatment is recommended, we go over the cost of each item with you before it begins.
What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card
- A list of the medications you take
Forms
New patient forms are filled in at your first visit. We hand them to you at the front desk, so nothing needs to be completed beforehand.
We never collect health information through the contact form on this site.
Paying for care
We accept most major insurance plans, and CareCredit financing is available to patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment over time.
